The ethics code of the members NONKTD

The spirit and rules stated in the Ethics Code should be the guide to action for all NSNDTTD members. NSNDTTD members duty is performance of their activities according the following principles:
1. Highly appreciate the membership in the Society, always support the Society reputation and try not to harm the Society with the actions. 2. Carry out the professional duties or other actions related to them in the spirit of equity to all interested persons, whether it is an employer, a worker, a consumer or a competitor. Always act according to high personal ideals of honor and honesty.
3. Avoid situations that can voluntary or involuntarily harm professional reputation, perspectives or business activity of another Society member.
4. Accomplish the job at the highest professional level protecting life, safety and health of the colleagues and society as a whole. 5. Promote the non-destructive testing methods by means of information and experience exchange using mass media, symposiums, congresses, seminars, schools and other opportunities. 6. Avoid any situation when an individual or collective member of the Society acts on behalf of its name with the goal that can misrepresent the actual situation.
7. Consider any knowledge concerning the business terms or the technical information related to the employer, client or the user activity as confidential, and not allow the disclosure of the above-mentioned information without the sanction of the employer, client or user.
8. Carry out advertising only by professional methods; in the relations between collective members of NSNDTTD do not use improper or controversial methods. 9. Inform clients or employers about any business relations, interests or contacts that could affect validity of judgments or decisions taken. 10. Provide stimulation and give the opportunity for professional growth and promotion of workers or specialists, which are the Society members or are managed by the Society member. 11. Consider the membership in the Society to be a happy opportunity to apply special knowledge and talent for the public good. The present Ethics Code has been accepted at the Constituent Assembly of the Society.
