Kluev Vladimir Vladimirovich (1937)
Kluev Vladimir Vladimirovich is a doctor of technical science, professor and corresponding member of the RAS (The Russian Academy of Sciences), a member of the European Academy, the outstanding scientist in the field of electromagnetic, radiation and acoustic methods of NDT quality of metals and items, the professor, since 1970 year the general director of NIIIN MNPO "Spectr" (from1970). He was twice awarded with "The Order of the Red Banner of Labour" and "The Order of Friendship of Nations", winner of SM of the USSR and of Russian Federation Government. Since 1996 year he is the president of the RONKTD.
He is an author of 100 inventions and 268 scientific works, including 18 monographies. He has brought the essential contribution in creation of vibration survey equipment, radiation calculating tomography, the theory of electromagnetic testing of moving items and electromagnetic modulation flaw detection.
